The Superintendent Journal (TSJ) is a platform for the school superintendent voice. While anyone can register as a reader of TSJ, only verified school superintendents can share insights, their accumulated knowledge, experiences, talent and resources to exponentiate academic and future ready outcomes for their school districts. TSJ adopts the "Alphabet of the Heart" guiding principles defined by world renowned neurosurgeon and Stanford University professor of neurosurgery, Dr. James Doty. Dr. Doty's Alphabet of the Heart framework is grounded on Compassion, Dignity, Equanimity, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Humility, Integrity, Justice, Kindness and Love (CDEFGHIJKL).
